RESTON, VA (March 9, 2026) – The Noble Collection, a leading manufacturer, distributor and retailer of premium collectibles and toys announced today Julian Montoya has been promoted to President, reporting to CEO Akram Saigh. A veteran of the toy and licensing industries, Montoya joined The Noble Collection in 2020 as Senior Vice President. Prior to that Montoya was responsible for the strategic development of the toy category at Warner Bros. Discovery where he served as Senior VP of Global Toys. His career in the industry began in 1997 at Lucas Licensing where Montoya served as Director of International Licensing. Montoya served on the Board of Trustees of the Toy Foundation, the philanthropic arm of The Toy Association, from 2012 to 2021 and currently sits on the Toy Foundation's Grants Board.
